If a bitmap has a region, the following functions act on the region, not on the whole bitmap. To determine whether a bitmap has a region, use theL_BitmapHasRgnfunction. To remove a bitmap region so that these functions act on the bitmap, use theL_FreeBitmapRgnfunction.
Regions are not supported on Windows CE.
