The Image Cash Letter (X9) format is a Raster file format developed by the Accredited Standards Committee X9 Inc and supported by the MAVRO (imaging) X9 Viewer.
The file format is used in electronic banking systems to represent checks as images in files. Each file can contain a number of checks, each check having two images: one for the front side and one for the back side. The file also contains information about each check and the whole Cash Letter. LEADTOOLS supports loading X9.37 and X9.100-187 versions through the X9 filter.
This file format does not support QFactor, progressive loading, stamps, Lossless JPEG compression, multipage or sub-formats.
The default extension used by this format is: x9.
