Gets the window level center value for the image.

subCellIndex
Zero-based index of sub-cell that contains the image whose window level center value will be retrieved

Remarks

发送this instance is a must, otherwise, the custom annotation creation will fail.

To retrieve the window level center value of the selected sub-cell, either pass its sub-cell index or pass -2.
To change the window level using the mouse button, use theAddActionmethod to add the action to the Medical Viewer Cell. Then use theSetActionmethod to associate the window level action with a mouse button.
